Scanning to ON -- not complete page

OK, I'll try again to see if anyone can help. I've posted this in M
discussion Groups -- which seems pretty much like this forum. I don'
know if they are connected

Anyway I've searched, tried different margins, different page size
can't get anything to work

The problem
I'm running XP Pro SP2, ON 2007 from Office Home and Student.
have a visioneer Strobe XP page scanner. When I scan to ON the resul
is chopped about and inch off of the top and bottom. If I scan to som
other progra
(Word or Info Select) I get the whole 8.5x11 page. Now while it'
scanning the scanner window clearly shows that the entire page i
scanned

If I scan something smaller like a 3x5 card i get the whole image. I
seems to me that there is something in ON that needs to be set, change
or fixed

HELP, please..........

Hi, Bob.

I have Epson Styles NX400.
As far as I can tell, Scanned image in to OneNote doesn't seem to be cropped.
It does look like extra white area is cropped to fit, though.
Is this what you are seeing?

Thanks for using OneNote.

Thanks for the reply but no that's not my case. About an inch top an
bottom of actual text is missing. If I put in a 3x5 card it is croppe
like you say. It's almost like I reached some maximum sheet size in ON
However, it shouldn't be 8.5x11

I'm really stumped and it keeps me from scanning in full size
documents
