I'm trying to set up a form where i click a button and an
image is taken from the scanner and stored. Has anyone
done anything like this?

Any help is appreciated.

Through Office 97, and possibly 2000, the Kodak scanning ActiveX control was
distributed free. This is no longer the case. I now use DBPix 2.0:

Not free, but works with several scanners and cameras I have. There are most
likely other solutions, but I found this one worked great so I haven't
researched them.
