Scanpst.exe

I was able to paste the link for Scanpst.exe which was
%CommonProgramsFiles%\System\MSMAPI\1003. I did the box for Scanpst. but when
i asked it to scan for the pst. it could not locate. i typed in disk
drive:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook but it could not
locate that. Help

Try;
drive:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.pst

Its a Vista permissions issue that is preventing you from browsing to the
pst location, in the scanpst dialogue box

Try c:\users\yourname\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. You can
also use the Mail applet in Control Panel to see the complete path for the
PST. Enable viewing of hidden files and folders is you wish to browse to
it.
