scanpst log file

Hello,
I am continually getting the following message:
Unable to display the folder. Errors have been detected in the file
c:blahblahblah\mypstfile.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then
use the Inbox Repair Tool.

my pst file is well under 2gig, but I have the symptoms of the too big pst
file. I run scan pst, sometimes if finds an error, sometimes not. Outlook
works for an hour or two days after I run scan pst, then I get the error
again. Could someone point me to a source that could interpret the log file
for scan pst? It says things like

!!Invalid node (nid=814E, bidData=D5982, bidSub=D5ACE, nidParent=0):

Data block (bid=D5884) not found in BBT

??BBT entry (1EA34) has different refcount in RBT (3 vs 2)

!!Invalid block (bid=D5884, lib=54945792, cb=8180, cRef=2):

CRC mismatch (read CA5B0945, computed 40A8DD07)

and

??Couldn't find BBT entry in the RBT (D582C)

!!Adding message (nid=200A04) back to the database

I wonder if there is a specific message, or contact that is corrupted, and
if I could delete it to stops this. It is driving me nuts!

Thanks
