scanpst not even starting

Hi,
I have found scanpst.exe on my computer and tried to run it, in Vista, but
it doesn't even run.
Any help with this greatly appreciated.

And why doesn't it run? It must return *some* error message.

You're probably not running it with admin rights - right-click it and
'runas..."

Where did you find scanpst.exe on your computer. Was it in the C:\Windows\System32
folder or somewhere else
