schdmapi.dll missing in office 2003 student/teacher to make maili.

I am trying to make mailing labels in Office 2003 Student/Teacher edition.
When I select the (Outlook) addressbook, an error message comes up saying
that schdmapi.dll is missing. I have used Windows Explorer to search for it
and it is not on the machine. Where do I get it and in which directory do I
put it? If it is in a .cab on the install CD, which .cab?

Couldn't find a 2003 specific solution, but it might be the same as the 2000 solution

The schdmapi.dll is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033

I am having a similar problem with Office Professional 2003 on every machine
