Yes, actually- that's it. We do training for hospital employees around the
country. We don't want to share who works where - and we don't want to share
email addresses. We my have 50 attendees watching and listening to our
webinars. We use another tool for the actual meeting. But so many users have
Outlook that I'd love to send them a meeting request rather than an email. I
currently send emails - and then leave it to the customer to reserve the
appropriate time on the their calendars.
Is it possible Gordon or anyone else in this forum.
