schedule a meeting using bcc

I use blind copy all the time in email. I want to use it when scheduling an
outlook meeting. My clients should not see each other's email addresses.

Is this possible?

Not sure I understand your logic - are you telling us that you are inviting
two or more separate clients to the SAME meeting, where they will meet, and
yet you don't want to let them see each other's email addresses? Sounds a
bit odd to me....

Yes, actually- that's it. We do training for hospital employees around the
country. We don't want to share who works where - and we don't want to share
email addresses. We my have 50 attendees watching and listening to our
webinars. We use another tool for the actual meeting. But so many users have
Outlook that I'd love to send them a meeting request rather than an email. I
currently send emails - and then leave it to the customer to reserve the
appropriate time on the their calendars.

Is it possible Gordon or anyone else in this forum.

Why not send a message with an iCal attachment? Then they can choose if they
want to put it in their calendar and it also a more standardized format
which will work in a lot of planner applications.

The easiest way is to create the appointment in your own Calendar and then
choose File-> Save As...
Here you can choose to save it in the ics or vcs format.
Then create a new email and attach the previously created file.
