I am wondering if there is a way to schedule a recurring meeting for specific
days of the month such as the 1st and 3rd Monday or the 2nd and 4th Tuesday.
This is a feature that was available in calendar creator plus. Any
assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Hello Rosemarie, have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment II at
www.websetters.co.uk. This extends the functionality of the standard Outlook
Recurrence function and will do as you require. Using the append function
you can add different patterns such as the first Monday plus the 3rd Monday
etc. to match the pattern required.

If you have any questions then please let us know.

There is a preview (including screen shots) of WS:RA II at
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/ but for your information it
includes the following features.

a.. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment I plus
b.. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c. Specify which days of the week will be part of the repeat pattern, you
can schedule an appointment to occur every 5 days but only include Monday,
Wednesday and Friday in the five day count.
d. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
e. Configure up to four time zones so that when an appointment is set, you
can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal for
setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
f. Set different appointment times for some appointments in the Repeat
Group

.....and more

You can also use Outlook's recurrance pattern to set separate meetings for
Mondays and Tuesdays. Set 2 separate recurrance patterns.
