Schedule Deleted without deletingRisk & Issues associated with it

I'm Using Project prof. 2003 & PWA 2003 , presently I'm facing a problem that
when I deleted any schedule then Risk or Issues which associated with the
particular schedule also deleted .

Any method ,so that if schedule deleted or I create a another copy of that
his risk / issue either not deleted or transfer to another copied schedule.

Pls help.
