Schedule Indicator

Can anyone provide some helpful tips in setting up a
schedule performance indicator code in my EGT?

What kind of schedule performance do you want to measure? Do you want to
display the indicator as text, numbers, or graphical indicators? You will
need to be more specific before we can help you.

Dale,

Thanks for the quick reply. I am looking for graphical
(Red, Amber, Green) representation indicating on track,
medium slippage and off track respectively.

Jason --

You could use a custom enterprise task Duration field for this purpose.
First, rename the field and then enter the formula [Finish Variance] in the
field. Enter your criteria in the graphical indicators section of the
field, along with the stoplight for each criteria. Just a thought. Perhaps
the others will have an idea, too.
