Schedule invitations arrive blank

I have a client that is using Outlook XP and I am using Outlook 2003. I
have sent him invitations in the past that worked just fine. Recently the
last 2 invites have arrived blank on his system. He says he hasn't changed
anything so I am at a loss for any suggestions. Any ideas?
