I am using Project 2000. I am trying to track the tasks through workgroups option MS project
I have assigned the tasks to the team members and requested status updates through workgroup options
I first tried out by assigning tasks to me and updated the task progress through Outlook tasks.I updated the task progress through outlook task by filling actual work and sent the status. Through workgroup options updated the project plan. However I see the task start date moving to a different date and if the task is 50% completed as per Outlook task it shows a different % on the project schedule
Can someone please let me know if I need to set any options
