Scheduled Mail bcc problem

I have a user that frequently uses the 'do not send before' feature of outlook 2000. It works as expected unless she adds people to the bcc field. When she specifies bcc recipients, the mail will not go out automatically. However she can force the mail out manually.

Does anyone know why this might be?
