I need to have a programmed that can be shared to schedule. We want the sales
people to be able to open a file look and see what days and times technicians
are available to do installs. I have been looking at Project, but frankly
think it is just to complicated to do what we need. And over some of our
employee's abilities.

Outlook, part of Office 200x. Used a shared calendar if using Exchange - if not using Exchange, then try one of the other products designed to enable sharing - http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
