Hi,
We use Exchange2003/Outlook 2003. An executive assistant schedules meetings
for officers (using an Officers distribution list and a Conference Room as a
resource). She would like to have the meeting not show in her own calendar.
It does as she is the organizer. She does not have the option to decline any
invitation since she scheduled the meeting. She tried to schedule on behalf
of an officer but the officer not longer had the option to decline as the
organizer. Any suggestions? Thanks for your input. C
