I use Outlook as my calendar and I sync to a PocketPc. My husband
sends me his appts by email. However, with his appts I would like to
set the reminder to none and schedule as free time, so I won't hear or
see his appts unless I am looking for them. The rules wizard isn't
powerful enough for me to do this automatically.
How can I set this up?
