Scheduling confusion

I have a client who is creating appointment items which when accepted
by the invitees, cc's two other specific individuals who were not
orginally included in the invite. For the life of me I can't figure
out why. They are using Outlook 2000 in conjunction with Exchange
Server 5.5. Any ideas anyone?
