Scheduling e-mails

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to schedule an e-mail to a set group of people
every week, say?

Is it an e-mail that changes content every week, or is it a reminder for
people to do something??

It may be easier to set a re-occuring calendar appointment with a list of
attendies, then it will add it to their calendar and produce a reminder on
the day needed. This can be set daily, weekly, monthly...... then put the
content in the notes section.
(plus this might be easier than the coding as i can not code!!!)
