Scheduling for Group in Outlook 2002

Hello,
I am a manager of a group of 5. Our group works a 4 day
week with rotating schedules. Every month I use a
spreadsheet to creat a work schedule. I am wondering if
it is possible for me to set their calandar through
Outlook. We are on an Exchange server so I have the
ability to see their workday shedules. I would like to
create a monthly schedule for the group and push it out
through Outlook. Is this possible?

You have two Options: Setting a calendar in the Public
Folder, or you creating a Sub Calendar under your
calendar, which from there, you can set the schedule.
You'll need to give access permission to your group to
access this folder, if you need them to see the schedule.
