Hello,
I just wanted to share my schedule spreadsheet that I've gotten don
so far. It is more suited to a Call Center environment, but coul
easily by modified for pretty much anything. I've been told that it i
not possible, but I'm too stubborn, to have it automatically set break
and lunches based on how many hours they are staffed, length of tim
between breaks, and the % offline. The next step would be to get it t
staff based on the projected call volume.
But here it is if anyone wants to use it or offer anything
