I have heard that there is a way to schedule meeting
rooms using Outlook. Can anyone point to a Knowledgebase
article or some other example of how to do this?

Do you use the Exchange Server at work? If so, what
version?
What version of Outlook does EVERYONE use? Is
it a mix or is everyone on the same version?
