We send meeting requests from one time zone (Pacific) to people in another time zone (Paris) - say 7:00 am Pacific time for the meeting.
When the Paris people accept, it puts the meeting on their calendars at 7:00 am Paris time, instead of converting to the correct Paris time.
Is there any way to configure Outlook to do this automatically?
