Scheduling service??

Hi everyone,

I remember I was on MS web site and they had a service that allowed you
to sign up and then access calendars of people who were also signed up
on the site. So I could be on my work computer using outlook and add an
appointment scheduling my friend who works someplace else but he also
uses outlook.

I can't find the service...can someone point me to it or even give some
description of the service?

Thanks!

That service was terminated a while back.

Hi ,

I think you are speaking about the Free Busy option. You can still make
use of the Free Busy Option to go ahead and publish your calendar
information in the microsoft page so that your friends can have a look at
that. But, for this, you need to have a premium 2 GB account. Microsoft has
stopped providing free busy information for free passport accounts.

On the flip site, if you have an ftp site to which you have a "write"
access, you can still publish the free busy information.

You can have a look at the free busy option by going to Tools -- >
Options --> Calendar Options --> Free busy

Hope this helps !!!

Thanks and Regards
