Hi,
I have a resource whose working time is from 9:00AM to
5:00PM
I create a task with Work=50hours and assign this resource.
The task spans from June30 to July6
I set the Project status date as July2 and change my
system time to 11PM. I also changed the calendar of the
resource to correct his working hours to 12hours on July2.
After doing the above operations I gave 10hours in the
ActualWork column.
Expected result was the gantt chart would display that the
10hours of work was done for this task on July2.
Instead it displays that 8.5hours was done on July2 and
1.5hours was done on July1.
I dont understand why Project is scheduling it like this
when the resource calendar says that the resource is
available to work for 12hours on July2.
For your info - Project Calendar has a work time setting
as 9:00AM to 5:00PM
