Schema Update button is disabeled

I want to attach XSD SCHEMa to aword(xml) file.
The problem is :
when I update/change the XSD file the word is not updated automaticly.

I have to close word and open it again then the word see changes.
in some computers even I have to disatach an atach the XSD file in order to
see the changes.
I there any way to update word from in the word i.e. from the schema library.
I know that there is abotton in the schema library called "Update Schema"
but this button is disabled allways , is there any way to make this button
enabled.
