I used to be able to auto scroll anywhere in OL98,
but now I cannot. Is there a way to get that function back?
When I am in OL, it won't just auto scroll with my wheel
mouse anymore. I have to first click somewhere in the
field, then I can scroll. I want to be able to just scroll
with my wheel mouse, not having to click somewhere
on the screen first to activate that mode...thx.
