Scott Mitchell webinar?

I'm told there is a webinar by Scott Mitchell in which he advises to
use Project's leveling feature.

Does anybody have a pointer to this?

I have always been told to avoid using that feature.

I can't point you to the webinar but I think the tool is usable.
Unfortunately, it doesn't meet most people's expectations.
