SCRAMBLED ATTACHMENTS

HOW DO I CREATE SCRAMBLED ATTACHMENTS TO SEND VIA EMAIL? I'D LIKE TO SEND
WORD AND EXCEL DOCUMENTS THAT MAY HAVE PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION.

First, don't post in all caps. It's hard to read and considered rude.

Second, you need a secured system for that. HIPAA regs require a secure
system. Any way that you as an individual can find to "scramble" PHI can be
used against you. The federal government has no sense of humor about this.

Maybe but I don't think that there are exclusions for your own information.
I had to play by HIPAA rules on my last job - no sense of humor at all.

You could password protect them which also encrypts or 'scrambles' the
files.
