Scrapbooking background templates for photographs

Scrapbooking the American way of mounting photographs with text and multi
coloured backgrounds has taken off in a big way in the UK now. There are
some templates for "photo frame" templates and tags like luggage labels which
can have text applied etc. available on cds but with something as powerful as
Publisher it should be possible to produce your own

You can produce your own anything in Publisher, given sufficient time and
effort.
