Screen Flickers

After creating a form, my screen flickers when I move the mouse across a few
labels. I can repeat the problem because the labels are all the same ones
that are causing the problem. Any ideas why? How do I fix this?

This is a bug related to the fields being placed on the form withou
attaching the labels. When you put the fields on the form, you have t
drag the labels with them. Alternately, you can change your Window
desktop theme to classic and there is no problem
