Screen freezes when inserting a picture from a file

When attaching a file in Outlook or inserting a picture from a file of just
inserting a file in any office 2003 application, application does not
respond.

Likely caused by incompatibility between a Windows update and software
installed on your PC. Today's update should rectify the situation.
