Screen goes blank

When using Excel 2007 working on a large spreadsheet my display goes all
white, or part of the spreadsheet turns white or double images appear.
Everything returns to normal when I highlight the area. Excel 2007, XP SP2.
Different computers and montiros - same problem

when the white out happens look at the bottom left corner to see if you have
goe into auto recovery
