screen shifts

Has anyone experienced when you are writing a long email the screen shifting
to the top of the email while the cursor remaining at the bottom? How did
you solve the problem?

Try rewording that; I have a very hard time imagining what's happening
(like the screen floating up to the ceiling).

Okay
Imagine, I have my screen fully maximized. I am typing along on a long
email as I approach the bottom of the screen and I am typing my message
instead of the screen moving down it moves up to the top of the message. my
cursor stays on the line that I am typing but visually I can't see the line
that I am typing

Ok, I think I understand. (A screen is usually a piece of hardware, the
monitor. What you describe is usually referred to as a window.)

Anyway, that doesn't happen to me; I can always see the cursor. Can you
give more information:
what version of Outlook?
what edito (Outlook or Word)?
what message type?
anything else that may be relevant?
