Screen size problem

Hi
New to Powerpoint and made my first presentation, although it needs some
major re-doing I have a problem I do not know how to fix.
Made the presentation on my home computer then transfered it to my laptop.
When on my laptop and also through the projector it is much bigger and runs
off the bottom of the screen. The screen resolutions are the same on both
computers and projector.
Any help in fixing this would be appreciated.

What is the resolution you are using? If you're sending more than XGA
(1024x768) to the projector that could be the problem.

Dave,

Is it possible that you used a font that is not on your laptop. If a font
is not available it will be replaced and that can change the look of your
slides drastically.

See if that may be the cause of your problem.

The presentation that I used was sent to me. I then transferred it from my
computer to the laptop and it was to large to fit. After your email, I
transferred a presentation that I made myself and put it on the laptop and
it worked great. Maybe it was a font problem or something that was done
before it was sent to me. Guess I will have to change the presentation to
make it fit. It is not that big so should not be to much work.
