I am using an older version laptop..i need to take a screenshot of a web
page. I dont have a prtscn key on keyboard, at least one that is visible..is
there another way of taking a screeshot and saving it

Add-in software - but I'd suggest trying to find the key. It's there
somewhere, usually next to the Scroll Lock key. Maybe it's on Fn command on
your numbers?
