Screwy Toolbox

Hello All -

Searching the news group produced nothing pertaining to the Toolbox,
Scrapbook, etc.

I've been experiencing weird Toolbox behavior in E'rage only ‹ doesn't
happen in Word, PPt or Excel. The Toolbox doesn't just collapse, it
completely disappears. The button on the Toolbar will not recall it, but if
I go to Tools> Toolbox & select one of the palettes it will come back.

None of the settings seem to make any difference and I can't find any direct
cause & effect. I've tried replacing the Toolbox button on the main toolbar
& even added one on the message window toolbar. No Improvement, and since
there's no Reset I'm not sure where to go next.

15" 2.4 MBP, 4 GB RAM
OS X 10.5.4
Office 12.1.2
Permissions are in order
Am not using Spaces

Any thoughts?
