"Script Error" when asking OFFICE ASSISTANT for help

Hi,

When I ask the OFFICE ASSISTANT for help, I am directed to a new window/box
with the options to click on to continue. When I click on the topic, I am
unable to view the information due to a "SCRIPTS ERROR" notice.

How do I continue?
