Script error when viewing the help for the VBA editor

Office 2003 Pro SP1 on WinXP Pro SP2

Help works fine in Word, Excel, etc, but in the VBA Editor as launched from
any office app, the "Microsoft Visual Basic Help" window pops up, along with
an "Internet Explorer Script Error":
---
Line:17
Char:1
Error:Not implemented
Code:0
URL:mk:mad:MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\OFFICE11\1033\vbawd10.chm::/links/womthSaveAs1_l.htm
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
---
It also isn't finding its stylesheet, as the text is all in plain TNR.

I can actually read the help, but as there is a similar error as each page
opens, this is very, very, irritating.

Have already tried a repair and a full reinstall of Office.

Help!
