Script Error

I've been working on a new site in FrontPage 2003. All has gone well until
today. When clicking on my menu links to test them, I receive the following
message:

Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 36
Char: 447
Error: access is denied
Code: 0
URL: file://C:\Documents and Settings\Viki\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\FrontPageTempDir\pvw2.htm

Why it just started doing this is beyond me. Can anyone explain? When I test
it on the remote site, it works fine.

This is very hard to diagnose without seeing the page, but perhaps your
Security zones (in IE's Internet Settings) are at fault. For example, you
might have your hosted site set up as Trusted, but your local site as
Internet or Restricted.

Jim, is right. This probably folder/security issues.

What is diffrerent now compared to when it was working?

Here are some questions for troubleshooting:
Have you installed any security updates, changed security settings,
changed folder permissions, changed IIS authentication settings? Is this
happeing when you use a different browser (i.e. not IE)? Is the problem
happening if you call the page using full domain name, the computer
name, localhost, IP address? Is it happening if you login as a different
user?

Save your files and test using File Preview in Browser (rather than FP preview)

PS
Also clean out your IE TIF (in IE using Tools Internet Options General - Delete Files)
and your FP TIF (See the tool at http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm)
