Script to automate Word and return to Outlook

1. I have an outlook attached rtf file needed to send to MSWord2003,
saveAs password protected .doc, then, remove the attached rtf from
outlook and attach the new .doc instead.

Can some please help? Or tell me if this is possible or not?


2. Can Outlook send file encrypted that does not need a securedID (I
don't have to pay for an annual fee?)
