script to start open other user's folder

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me how to script (vbs or whatever) the startup of
Outlook to open another user's inbox folder? Permissions are already set,
this is OL/Exchange 2003.

Alternatively and maybe in addition to this, is there a way to script the
adding of additional mailboxes (where you would manually add them under
MoreSettings>Advanced tab>Add)
