scripting onenote?

1- is it possible to write scripts for onenote?
for example, i want a container to be moved to a specific location if i
start the note with a !*to-do symbol.
2- is it possible to append a text to a spesific notebook via
commandpromt (or from launchy)

thank you for your answer.
tough i couldnt find any script on the autohotkey site that will do what
i need, and i dont know how to code scripts for it.
any suggestions for a script?

There are no "scripting" features in OneNote.
With sufficient knowledge in programming one can write programs,
however, using the ON API.
In case this would be your direction, pls let us know.
