Scripting Out of Office Assistant

I'd like to have a single script to run from a client to turn on the
out of office assistant, and lock the PC.
Does anyone out there know if this is possible?
Alteratively, is it possible to set a script or trigger to set Out of
office on whenever the PC is locked/logged out?
