Scripting Runtime Help file not opening

In a macro using scripting runtime filesystemobject if I highlight a
scripting term and press F1 the help window opens but it not populated. Using
Word2000 under Windows2000 the file contining the help information VBLR6.CHM
is in the path and is in the same place as other .CHM files which open
correctly.

Does it neg registering and if so how?
