VBA Help

I have a problem accessing HTML help in the Visual Basic Editor that comes
with Office 2003 Pro (VBA version: Retail 6.4.8869).

I suspect that the HTML Help activeX control (hhctrl.ocx) has somehow become
corrupted or replaced with the wrong version. When I open a VBA help file,
the "Properties", "Applies to", "See also", etc. links are presented by
square boxes and if I click on any html link in the help page (like a blue
underlined word), I get an Internet Explorer script error: Object doesn't
support this property or method (referring to the URL:
mk:mad:MSITStore:C:\Program%20Files\Common%20Files\Microsoft%20Shared\VBA\VBA6\1033\vblr6.chm::/html/vafctChr.htm)

Re-installing Office doesn't help and replacing the hhctrl.ocx file with a
newer or older version and registering it with Regsvr32 also doesn't help!

I really hope someone can help - else I'll have to format and re-install
Windows.
