Scripts-uploading photos to web

Please somebody help me out. I am trying to create a
form in FrontPage 2002, but my webpage will not allow me
to upload a photo to the website. I went to
http://frontpage.kmoraine.com/workshop/fp_fileup.asp and
followed the instructions to the "T", however my
selections that allow the user to upload anonymous files
is shaded out and I cannot select it. It is frustrating
to say the least. Please -how can I get this to work?????

First, you need to have the FP2002 server extensions on
your Web site. To check this, open the remote site in
FrontPage, choose Web settings from the Tools menu, make
sure the General tab is selected, and look at teh first
digit after FrontPage Server Extension Version. If its
less than 5, you need to upgrade your extensions.

Second, when setting folder properties, you must first
clear the Allow Programs To Be Run and Allow Scripts To Be
Run check boxes. This will enable the Allow Anonymous
Uploads To Thsi Directory box so you can select it.
