Scroling with the arrow keys

Hello,

How can I use the arrow keys of my keyboard to move from on
cell to the other ?? When I use these keys they act as
moving my scroll bars. Thanks in advance.

The solution is usually "Control-F14". It's some kind of an undocumented
feature ;-)
