Scroll Bar Colors

This may be a really insignicant question but its one that drives some of our
users crazy. Our scrool bars on any of the office products is displayed as a
light gray which some users can't really see therefore we'd like to be ale to
change its color.

I've tried changing the desktop colors but that has no affect of the office
colors, and if you select scroll bar in the apperance | advanced tab it only
allows you to change its size.

If anyone knows of away to change theses colors it would be greatly
aprreciated.
