scroll bar for the whole page

I understand how to make a scroll bar for a frame but how do I make the whole
screen scroll down with a scroll bar at the far right?

When the page becomes long enough (due to content) the up/down scroll bar
will appear...like majick.

Actually, it doesn't and the readers can't see the whole page. What am I
doing wrong?

I can't understand why you don't get the scroll bar.

I am not the expert that Rob is, but I find that if there is too much
content for the page, it just scrolls - no problem

Maybe a URL for us to look at would help
