When I change the properties of a text box in a form to
give it a margin (any margin) the vertical scroll bar
then disappears the next time I select a record.
The "Scroll bars" property is definitely selected
as "Vertical" and it makes no difference if the Scroll
bar alignment is left or right or system
I'm running Access 2003 at home. I tested it on Access
2000 at work and the same thing occured.
Anyone know the way around this?
